Actress Carmen Electra and rocker Dave Navarro's divorce was finalized Tuesday, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Their marital status is terminated as of Tuesday, and all their personal belongings have been split up as previously agreed upon in a prenuptial agreement, according to court papers.

Electra, 34, and Navarro, 39, announced in July 2006 that they were amicably separating after less than three years of marriage. The couple wed on Nov. 22, 2003.

Legal papers filed by Electra in Los Angeles Superior Court last August cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Electra also requested, as specified in their prenup, that the court not award spousal support to either party. They have no children.

As the couple noted, their split has indeed been amicable. In November, Electra told PEOPLE at the American Music Awards about her estranged husband, "We talk every day. We're still really good friends. ... We're positive, and we've stayed connected. It's Okay."

This was the second marriage for Electra (real name: Tara Leigh Patrick). She married NBA star Dennis Rodman in Las Vegas in November 1998, but the union ended five months later.
