On Monday, the Breaking Bad actor arranged a scavenger hunt around Los Angeles for fans of the show, as a thank-you for their five seasons of dedication and support. Mobs of Breaking Bad aficionados followed the clues Paul posted to Instagram and Twitter for a chance to discover impressive prizes, like signed scripts, props used on the set and stuffed-animal versions of the show's stars.
Paul, 35, stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! Thursday evening to gush about how fans handled his expedition. As you can imagine, things got a little chaotic very quickly.
"The first clue was go find R.J. Mitte aka Walt Jr. at the IHOP in West Hollywood," the actor told Kimmel. "Within 60 seconds the IHOP is just bombarded with crazy fans."
Breaking Bad devotees had to act fast to get to the special prize at each location, but even the fans who arrived late received a treat. An actor from the show greeted hunters at almost every stop along the quest, with Paul himself eagerly awaiting fans at the final location.
