Dancing with the Stars contestant Alfonso Ribeiro is about to do something he rarely does in public: The Carlton.
"Whenever you are creating something, you can't focus on how it is going to play, you just do it and hope it works in the moment," he tells PEOPLE of the dance he made famous while playing Will Smith's cousin on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. "I never thought it would still be something 20-something years later."
Ribeiro has already tackled the jive, the samba and the quickstep on DWTS, but now the actor believes he is ready to bring out his signature moves.
"You guys want to see the real Carlton? Tune in this week," Ribeiro says with a wink in a video made exclusively for PEOPLE in which the actor auditions his DWTS family – including his partner Witney Carson as well as his competitors Lea Thompson, Artem Chigvintsev, Sadie Robertson, Mark Ballas, Allison Holker and Valentin Chmerkovskiy – to see if any of them have what it takes to do The Carlton as well as he can.
Spoiler alert: The only person who receives a perfect 10 score from Ribeiro is Ribeiro himself.
"Now I just feel like this week is all about giving the fans what they have been asking for and making them happy," he tells PEOPLE.
Take a trip down memory lane with The Carlton when DWTS airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
