Tali Lennox-Fruchtmann, the daughter of singer Annie Lennox, paid tribute to her boyfriend in a touching Instagram post late Monday night, nearly three days after he went missing following a kayaking accident.

On Monday afternoon, authorities recovered a body from the Hudson River. While officials have not positively identified the body as 32-year-old Ian Jones yet, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office told PEOPLE there was a "strong possibility" that it was the model/photographer.

And now Lennox-Fruchtmann, 22, appears to have confirmed the death, writing on Instagram: "My heart is shattered. My best friend, my soul mate, my partner in crime & creativity, the LOVE & LIGHT of my life is no longer with me.

"All the love that has been sent to me is giving me the strength to get through this. I know that he is so so happy that I was safely rescued. Let us honor & celebrate this beautiful soul & keep following the light."

Lennox-Fruchtmann and Jones were kayaking in the Hudson River when the two-person boat capsized on Saturday. Lennox-Fruchtmann was in the water for about 20 minutes before a passing vessel rescued her. Rescue teams searched for Jones throughout the weekend and into Monday.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
