"I go for quick and easy foods, but that doesn't mean fast food," says Prinsloo of her typical eating routine.
"I live in New York City and there are many organic options that are grab and go."
Here's a peek at Prinsloo's diet:
2-3 liters of water per day and 8-oz. Harmless Harvest coconut water
One Lucky Duck Vanilla Crispies cereal with almond milk
5-oz. grilled chicken breast added to an Organic Avenue kale quinoa salad
Handful of raw and organic almonds, pumpkin seeds and goldenberries from One Lucky Duck
6 pieces tuna and salmon sashimi and sushi with brown rice, no soy sauce
THE VERDICT: The 5'10" Victoria's Secret model picked an "amazing lunch with seeds, greens and proteins," says RDN Keri Glassman of Nutritious Life. While her meals are good, "she could add a healthy fat to her breakfast with shredded coconut or walnuts. And I'd love to see her add another snack like a green juice plus ¼ avocado."
