Judy Huth filed a complaint in U.S. Superior Court in L.A. Tuesday alleging sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress for an incident that allegedly occurred around 1974, when she was 15.
According to court papers obtained by PEOPLE, Cosby supposedly approached Huth and her 16-year-old girlfriend while she was observing production on a movie he was making in a Southern California park. Though she and her friend shared their ages with the actor, Huth claims Cosby invited the duo to his tennis club the following weekend.
After meeting him at the club, Cosby allegedly gave the girls alcohol before taking them to the Playboy Mansion. The comedian first warned the teens to say they were 19 if anyone asked, the papers said.
When Huth went to use a bathroom at the mansion, Cosby allegedly met her in an adjoining bedroom and proceeded to "sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."
Huth only recalled the incident three years ago, which she realized was the cause of "mental anguish" and "significant problems throughout her life." She is requesting a jury trial and is seeking an unlimited amount of compensatory damages.
Cosby's attorney Martin Singer has yet to respond for comment, but he has previously labeled some of the accusations as "increasingly ridiculous," saying in an earlier statement that "it is completely illogical that so many people would have said nothing, done nothing and made no reports to law enforcement or asserted civil claims if they thought they had been assaulted over a span of so many years."
Meanwhile, the hits keep coming for the comedian – who just resigned his board of trustees post at Temple University after the University of Massachusetts Amherst cut ties with him. On Monday, Janice Dickinson gave another on-camera interview about the abuse she allegedly endured at the hands of the comedian.
