Mueller, 38, and Sheen, 50, were married from 2008-2011. The pair have two children, 6-year-old twin sons Bob and Max.

But in recent years the pair have publicly been amicable, with Sheen tweeting in June that his third wife was "a sexy rok star whom I adore," and Mueller telling PEOPLE in September that she and her former husband were getting along fantastically.

"What people forget is that's money they're taking from my children," he said.
