On Tuesday, the transgender advocate said she'd be "open" to a relationship with "a very special guy" in an I Am Cait season 2 teaser. But during a Today show interview that aired Wednesday, the Olympic legend demurred.
"There is a revelation in the very first episode that you may be ready to start dating. Not just dating, but dating men?" anchor Natalie Morales asked.
"Yes there is a revelation in that. I know people are always interested in that," said Jenner, 66. "Right now, I am just so busy kind of doing what I'm doing. But it would be nice to kind of share your life with somebody. But hey, I'm open."
It would mark a major change for Jenner – who was married to women three times before transitioning – and revealed her lifelong secret to the world last April.
"I'm not gay. I am as far as I know, heterosexual," Jenner, then known as Bruce, told Diane Sawyer. "I've never been with a guy, I've always been married, raising kids."
I Am Cait returns Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on E!
