First #eyebrowgoals – now #relationshipgoals!

Cara Delevingne got tongue-tied Tuesday at the Paper Towns premiere when talking about her relationship.

"Love is inspiring," the model-turned-actress told reporters when asked how indie rocker girlfriend St. Vincent (née Annie Clark) motivates her.

The star, who makes her debut as a leading lady in the film, based on a John Green novel, added: "True love comes in every form, whether it's what you do, whether you love yourself ... true love is one of the most important things ... it's what makes the world go round."

Delevingne, 22, has remained famously mum about her and St. Vincent's romance – and her bisexuality – and only just opened up about their bond in her Vogue cover story last month.

"I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I'm feeling so happy with who I am these day," Delevingne told the fashion glossy at the time.
