The members of Little Big Town are hosting the annual ABC special CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock on Tuesday for the third year in a row – but that doesn't mean there won't be surprises.

With a lineup of country's biggest stars, CMA Fest is sure to draw tons of adoring fans, so we thought it fitting to share some of this year's performers' craziest and most shocking fan encounters.

In the above clip, Keith Urban giggles as he shares the time he signed a prosthetic body part, and Darius Rucker recalls signing a fan's arm, only to have her turn up at another one of his concerts two months later – with a permanent tattoo of his autograph.

A Rascal Flatts aficionado moved her C-section until after their concert (priorities!), and Thomas Rhett and Dierks Bentley are both guilty of autographing babies – sometimes with a permanent marker – on the forehead.

CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock airs Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 8 pm ET on ABC.
