A lawsuit claiming Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller assaulted one of her students has been thrown out.

On Thursday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge dismissed the suit filed by Paige Hyland in October against her dance coach over an alleged assault that took place while filming the reality show, Deadline Hollywood reports.

The lawsuit claimed that Miller insulted and abused Paige, then 13, citing one event featured on the show in which the dance coach tossed a chair in her direction.

The judge ruled after reviewing footage from the Lifetime show that Paige could not have legitimately feared being injured during the incident, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Paige's mother Kelly Hyland also sued Miller in February 2014 regarding a physical altercation between the two. Hyland was arrested and charged with assault. In November 2014, the same judge dismissed Hyland's claims of defamation and infliction of emotional distress.

Dance Moms airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
