That support probably came in handy, as after the premiere of DWTS, Sweetin admitted she was nervous to show America her dance movies.
"I'm not afraid to put myself out there and share my emotions with the world," Sweetin told PEOPLE. "Every day I'm working on facing my fears and becoming a better person. I feel great about how things went tonight, but that doesn't mean I have any less fear about next week. I think I'll be nervous every show."
Sweetin, 34, previously said costars such as Candace Cameron Bure, Lori Loughlin, Andrea Barber, and David Coulier were looking forward to being in the audience during the season.
"They are so excited," Sweetin said.
Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.
