America's Next Top Model winner Nyle DiMarco is Dancing with the Stars' first deaf male contestant, and he is vlogging about his experience on the reality dance competition's 22nd season exclusively for PEOPLE. Follow DiMarco and his partner Peta Murgatroyd on Twitter!

"This week is an exciting week," DiMarco tells PEOPLE via his translator of getting the chance to recreate a comedy fan-favorite routine for DWTS' Famous Dances Night.

The dance that was chosen for DiMarco and his partner, Peta Murgatroyd, is from the 1994 Jim Carrey film The Mask.

"Growing up, I watched the mask probably over 100 times. I love Jim Carrey," says DiMarco, who calls the comedy a "masterpiece."

"They are actually spending a lot of money for me to actually wear a prosthetic mask with fake teeth, the costume, everything," reveals the deaf model. "You're basically going to see 100 percent of The Mask in me."
