Sarah Jordan was initially charged back in 2013 after police say she encouraged 1-year-old children under her supervision at the Minnieland Academy in Woodbridge, Virginia, to fight.
According to court records, police also claim Jordan tripped the children, stepped on their toes on purpose, and sprayed them in the face with a water hose.

A Prince William County judge convicted Jordan on Wednesday, moments after she denied the charges.
During the trial, parents told the judge their children began acting out at home after school, court officials confirm.
Jordan is being held by authorities and will be sentenced on May 6.
One of her colleagues, Kierra Spriggs, faces similar charges, and the 26-year-old defendant is set to go to trial next month.
