Lindsay Lohan's mother has been sentenced for her September 2013 DWI arrest in Long Island, New York.

A Nassau County district court judge sentenced Dina Lohan Tuesday to 100 hours of community service and suspended her driver's license for one year, ABC News reports. She was also fined $3,000.

Once she regains her driving privileges, Lohan, 51, will have to use a breathalyzer device on her car for one year. The interlock device prevents the vehicle from starting if any alcohol is detected on the breath. Her sentence also requires participation in an anti-drunk-driving program.

Lohan was pulled over on the Northern State Parkway for going 77 mph in a 55 mph zone and was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.2 percent, which is more than double the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

Lohan's arrest occurred just months after her daughter completed her sixth stint in rehab for drug and alcohol abuse. Dina Lohan entered a plea of not guilty last September, and her lawyer issued a statement that referred to one of Lindsay's acting roles.

"Dina Lohan is a good person. Her life has been dedicated to her four children. She has worked hard her entire life and she has been a 'Parent Trapped' with the entire world watching her in a fishbowl with murky water due to no fault of her own."
