Here's a guy who loves his momma.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's mother is out of the hospital, just over a week after being hit
by an alleged drunk driver in a head-on collision.
Johnson, 42, posted an Instagram
Tuesday of his mom, Ata Johnson, leaving the hospital in a wheelchair. He also added the caption, "Takin' mama home."
In the photo, his mother is wearing a cast on her left arm, but both she and her son have huge smiles. "Banged up, but she's a tough one and will make a full recovery," he wrote. "Grateful to see her smile. And thank you guys for all the prayers, love and well wishes."
Ata Johnson and Savelina "Lina" Fanene – The Rock's cousin – were both hospitalized after the accident, which reportedly occurred
in Clermont, Florida, on Aug. 2.
Johnson used the same three hashtags that he included Sunday when he posted a photo
of his mother's smashed car: #BearHugsandGratitude, #ChoicesMatter and #100PercentPreventable. Tuesday, though, he added one more: #DontDrinkandDrive.
