Four-year-old Camden Vaughan found his mom Misty unconscious Sunday night, after she'd passed out with a high fever.
"It was reading 105 on my thermometer, and that's the last thing I remember," she told Dallas, Texas's WFAA.
Camden navigated his mom's phone to make a life-saving call, unlocking it and finding his dad – Dr. Jeremy Vaughan – in the "favorites" section.
"He said, 'Daddy, I need you to come home! Mommy can't get in the bath because she can't wake up,' " Jeremy Vaughan said of his son's call. "And I said: 'I'm on my way!' "
When asked about his skillful actions, the young boy explained, "Tap the phone button, and the star and hit the pictures."

"It saved her life ... as simple as that," Dr. Ousama Moammar, of Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas, said. "Acting early and fast is really of the essence."
Misty, who is recovering well, says she's grateful for her son's surprising actions.
"If my brain had continued at that temperature, I could not be the same here ... the same or not be here at all for them," she said. "I feel like my trust in his responsibility has definitely increased."
