His run on the reality competition's 16th season included hiding the secret that Ariana Grande is his sister, single-handedly winning a Battle of the Block when Caleb abandoned him and stabbing ally Zach Attack in the back when needed. Oh, and he threw a lot of glitter.
So what does he think of this season's house guests?
"I think Vanessa's the only one who's really playing the game," he tells PEOPLE of the poker champ from Las Vegas. "I think everyone is just kind of aimlessly throwing darts at a board and hoping that they stick. But I am looking forward to hopefully some more game play in the future and some big moves. We'll see what James does this week, I'm excited."

And Grande, 32, believes that was a smart decision.
"I don't know what my aversion toward Shlelli is. What is it? Shlay? Shlelli?" he says, laughing. "I just don't respect their game play yet. ... They're just ruling the house with an iron fist, and no one is challenging them."

As for "Zankie", Grande says his bromance with Zach Rance isn't going as strong as it was inside the house.
"We're definitely friends," he explains. "We Snap and text every once in a while, but I haven't seen him in forever, and when I did see him it was only for a few minutes. I'm sure if we were together, Zankie would be as if nothing ever changed, but we're not together. I haven't seen him so much, and we're leading very different lives."
Next up for the social media star? Hosting the Oxygen special Worst.Post.Ever: with Frankie Grande later this month.
In the meantime, he'll be watching BB, analyzing every move – and urging the house guests to stop basing their game play on personal relationships and start shaking things up.
"It's not America's Best Friend!" he says. "It's Big Brother! Cut some people! And Shelli, stop crying."
Check back with PEOPLE on Thursday to watch the exclusive trailer for Worst.Post.Ever: with Frankie Grande, which airs Aug. 18 at 9 p.m. ET on Oxygen.
Big Brother airs Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET and Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
