A source tells PEOPLE that Ford was spotted driving in Los Angeles on Saturday.
Ford, 72, was rushed to UCLA Medical Center on March 5 after crashing his vintage World War II plane on a southern California golf course, leaving him with a large laceration in his scalp and, according to KTLA, broken bones in his pelvis and ankle.
Ford's wife, Calista Flockhart, 50, has been his biggest supporter and has been by his bedside while he recovered at UCLA.
"She [would] drop Liam off in the morning and then spend hours with Harrison," a source tells PEOPLE. "She [brought] him food and reading material."
While he may be resting now in the comfort of his own home, the actor is most likely still undergoing therapy to treat his reportedly broken pelvis.
"The therapy is primarily stabilization exercises and also gait training, like actually getting the patient up and moving again – pretty much just leaving how to walk while minimizing the main," says Dr. Beny Charchian, Founder of the Joint and Spine Institute in Beverly Hills, who has not treated Ford.
