The couple, who announced their split in January, have remained friendly, even vacationing together as they co-parent their son, Luca, 2½.
"We have a lot of love for each other," Duff, 27, said in July about her husband of three years (who attended Friday's bash as Iron Man's Tony Stark).
The "All About You" singer said her new music was about her separation from the former ice hockey pro: "Maybe we're not meant to be together, or maybe we are."
