A lot of mysteries were resolved during the season 2 finale of How to Get Away with Murder, but the shocking episode also left viewers with a lot of questions about the future of the show's lawyers and law students.
Here are five moments that left jaws on the floor.
Michaela and Asher Get Hot and Heavy – Again! It was the pairing no one saw coming when Michaela (Aja Naomi King) and Asher (Matt McGorry) hooked up in last week's episode, but it was even more shocking that they decided to go for round two.
Michaela first tells Asher that they have "nothing to talk about" when he tries to discuss their steamy encounter, but soon can't help but kiss her classmate and throws him on the nearest flat surface.
It doesn't last long, though.
"We're not these people," she says, leaving Asher lying on a table.
Oliver Messes with Connor's FutureLooks like the Keating 5 may soon become the Keating 6.
At one point, Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) agreed that he and Connor (Jack Falahee) should move to California to escape the chaos that surrounds Annalise (Viola Davis, but the tech whiz has changed his mind and is doing everything he can to get a job working for his boyfriend's boss.
Oliver finds Connor's acceptance letter from Stanford University but deletes the email and calls the law school posing as Connor to tell them he no longer wants to transfer schools.
Caleb Is Dead ...... maybe.
Caleb Hapstall (Kendrick Sampson) is shown unconscious in a bloody tub after Annalise informs the police that she believes he is the true serial killer they have been after the entire season.
But was it suicide or foul play? Only the HTGAWM writers know – and maybe not even them!
Wes Is Splattered with BloodWhile searching for the truth about his mother's death, Wes (Alfred Enoch) comes to believe wealthy businessman Wallace Mahoney (Adam Arkin) is his father.
He approaches Wallace, who had employed Wes' mother before her suicide, on the sidewalk.
"I think I'm your son," Wes says just moments before Wallace is shot in the head from across the street.
Wes is left looking just as shocked as the audience at home.
Frank Leaves TownFrank (newly single Charlie Weber) appears to have packed up and vacated his apartment at the end of the finale.
Earlier in the episode, it was revealed that Frank holds himself responsible for Annalise's miscarriage a decade earlier. Also weighing on him is knowing that his boss now knows that he was the one that killed Lila for her husband.
But is Frank – and his suitcase of bribe money – gone for good? Fans will have to wait until season 3 to find out.
