On Sunday, the actor posted a sexy shirtless shot on Facebook alongside his buddy, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 actor Stephen Amell, and linked to a website where people can purchase "Always Keep Fighting" T-shirts to raise money for mental health awareness.
"Stephen Amell and I lost our shirts," Padalecki, 33, wrote. "Maybe we should grab one from the represent.com/Jared relaunch!!! Only 2 days!!!!"
Padalecki, who is open about his battle with depression, spoke with PEOPLE in March about his efforts to destigmatize mental health issues.
"If somebody has cancer, they're not embarrassed to have cancer – they know it's not their fault," he said. "They know it's a struggle. But, for some reason, if someone says they're depressed, they assume that people are going to look at them like they have three heads."
