After debuting her reality show Jersey Belle earlier this season on Bravo, New Jersey native Jaime Primak Sullivan proved to be a somewhat graceful (but always entertaining!) fish out of water, living in Birmingham, Alabama, with her husband and three young children.

Here are five reasons you don't want to miss Monday night's season finale.

1. Baby on the way?
For the past few episodes, viewers have been waiting to see if Jaime would be adopting a baby from New Orleans (and if her husband, Michael, would actually go for it!). "I'm so thankful for my three healthy children but when you don't feel done, you don't feel done," Jaime, 37, tells PEOPLE.

2. Get ready for a girls' trip
Jaime and her gaggle of Belles head to Upton Lake for a getaway that's sure to bring a case of the giggles. "When we're all together, hilarity ensues, and when you add wine and wilderness it's a guaranteed good time."

3. Jersey Belle meets Alabama wilderness
Well, seeing this Jersey girl in the wild might just be enough. At one point in the episode, Jaime has quite the run-in with a deer. "My reaction is priceless," she says.

4. Friendly feud
In real life, real friends can fight and make up. Tensions come to a head when Jaime's bestie, Luci Beavers, grabs her by the face. "I love her to pieces, but of all people, Luci knows how I feel about people putting their hands on me!" Jaime says.

5. Buttoned-up Danielle lets loose
Viewers will finally see Danielle Yancey, who has been struggling with infertility while keeping her feelings inside, let it all out. "It was the scream heard around the word," Jaime jokes.

Jersey Belle's season finale airs Monday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo.
