There's Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's "conscious uncoupling." And now, there's Josh Lucas and Jessica Ciencin Henriquez's more-than-amicable split.

In January, Henriquez filed for divorce from her husband of almost two years.

Even though they are still going ahead with divorce proceedings, according to a source close to the couple, they have been spending lots of time together.

"For Mother's Day, he got a babysitter and took her out to dinner and a movie," says a friend of theirs. "They've been spending time in the Hamptons together before he starts working again in July."

In February, they traveled to Colombia together, with their son, to visit her family. In April, they were spotted together at a dog park in New York City. The actor, 42, and freelance writer, 28, actually met at a dog park in 2011. They wed in March 2012, and had a son, Noah Rev, three months later.

"They ended their marriage, but they didn't end their family," a source close to the couple told PEOPLE in February. "They are very supportive of each other, especially as parents."

"The marriage is over, but they will still be there for each other," the source added. "They will do what's best for the three of them."

Indeed, their friend tells PEOPLE, "They're amazing co-parents right now, but there's still a lot of love between them."

Another source adds: "They are better now than they've ever been. Married, separated or divorced seems inconsequential when they are this healthy, this happy."
