Lowry attended the show, which airs Sunday night, in all black, with two thigh-high splits and a deep (deep) neckline. In January, she and fellow Teen Mom stars Brittany DeJesus and Briana DeJesus underwent plastic surgery by Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka "Dr. Miami."
Lowry had a Brazilian butt lift and a tummy tuck, Salzhauer told PEOPLE then, and said she reached out to him.
He defended the cast's choices against the idea that plastic surgery is inappropriate at a young age.
"If you have kids when you're a late teen and you're done having kids, at least for a while – you pretty much missed your whole teenage years," he said.
And of Lowry specifically, he said she wanted to complete her procedures while her husband, Javi Morroquin, was deployed in the military: "She wanted to look great for him when he returns, it's sweet."
In March, Lowry opened up to PEOPLE about her recent personal struggles – and triumphs, including a tragic miscarriage, her husband's service and her upcoming college graduation.
"I'm just in such a good place right now," Lowry said then. "I really just hope that people see how much I'm trying to grow and mature as a person and as a mom. So I'm hoping that shows on the show, and I'm hoping that I see it in myself."
