The Big Bang Theory star stepped out on Wednesday at the Alzheimer's Association's "A Night at Sardi's" event in Beverly Hills.
Cuoco wore a sleeveless, sparkling Naeem Khan red dress with cutouts at the sides – giving a glimpse of her toned abs and back.
The 30-year-old stayed true to the vibrant color on the event stage as well, sporting a red crop top, tiny black shorts and fishnets to perform "Dance 10, Looks 3" from A Chorus Line.

Later, the actress joined Big Bang costars Jim Parsons, Simon Helberg, Melissa Rauch, Johnny Galecki, Mayim Bialik and Kunal Nayyar for the event's finale. Together, the group delivered a colorful performance of "You're the One That I Want" and "We Go Together" from Grease.
The group sported a '50s-style wardrobe and were surrounded by sock-hop dancers.
Afterwards, the stars took to their respective Instagram accounts, posting photos of the costume-clad cast.
"We'll always be together!" Rauch captioned an image of the crew.
Bialik uploaded a shot of herself alongside Rauch and Cuoco, including the caption, "Girls only #sardisfinalshow."
