President Perry?

Katy Perry may be pop royalty, but the singer was amidst two political powerhouses Sunday night as she headlined the 2015 Starkey Hearing Foundation Gala at the St. Paul, Minnesota, RiverCentre.

Perry shared an Instagram photo posing between the 42nd and 43rd Presidents of the United States – President Bill Clinton and President George W. Bush. And she joked that she might be next.

"42, 43, 46?!" Perry captioned an Instagram snap with the former presidents. The implication is, of course, that she's considering a run in 2020 or 2024 when she'd be the 46th president of the United States.

Perry, 30, headlined the annual "So the World May Hear Awards Gala" – which last year raised nearly $9 million for the Starkey Hearing Foundation to provide more than 175,000 free hearing aids a year around the world, according to TwinCities.com – performing five songs, including "Roar" and "Firework."

42, 43, 46?!

George W. Bush was honored at this year's Starkey Hearing Gala, which is involved with the Clinton Global Initiative. The foundation has pledged to provide more than one million hearing aids to people this decade, according to MyFoxTwinCities.

Clinton joked that one of Perry's reps had worked for him "before [he] got a promotion," the StarTribune reported.

Past headliners have included Elton John, Garth Brooks and John Mellencamp.
