In an exclusive sneak peek at Friday's Kendra on Top, the former Playboy model is emotionally devastated by the sudden loss of her beloved grandmother, Mary Stotz.
The tragedy does have one silver lining as Kendra, 30, and her estranged brother Colin, 25, are inspired to end their bitter feud in honor of their grandmother, who stepped in to be their "rock" when their father, Eric, walked out on the family.
"I haven't talked to my brother through these last two years," Kendra says in an on-camera interview, "so it really sucks that I had to see my brother these last couple days when my grandmother was in the hospital. I do wish that me and my brother had a reunion under better circumstances."

After the Wilkinsons share a long overdue hug, Kendra tells Colin through tears: "I appreciate you being the man and stepping up and reaching out to me."
"It wasn't even a thought," he replies. "This is something that has to be done. It's not even a 'Should it be done?' It has to be done, you know?"
It seems their grandmother's illness and death gave Colin some perspective on his relationships, including the one he shares with Kendra: "Whenever you leave, you don't think this is the last time you're going to see [someone], and that's what sucks about it."
The family drama stemmed from Kendra's public feud with their mother, Patti, whom Kendra has called "sadistic" and whom she's accused of "sell[ing] my tears to the damn tabloids."
In last week's episode, when Kendra's friend LaVance suggested both siblings should move toward reconciling, Kendra's husband Hank Baskett was skeptical.
"Kendra's been hurt very bad by her brother Colin," he said in an interview. "I just don't want her to put her effort into mending things with her brother and then the rug's pulled from underneath her. I don't want her to get hurt."
Kendra on Top airs Fridays (9 p.m. ET) on WEtv.
