During her appearance on The Late Late Show on Tuesday, Khloé revealed she was "banned" from speaking at the lavish nuptials.
"I'm such a talker, and I feel like I'm such an open book," Khloé, 31, explained. "I wasn't allowed to give a speech because I just ramble, and I think I'm maybe giving a compliment and I'm not saying the right thing."
Ahead of her sister's big day, the reality star told Khloé she couldn't give a toast, something West, who is known for his lengthy diatribes, took in stride.
"Kanye was giving his speech and was like, 'Khloé, I know you want the mic,' he was like taunting me," Khloé said. "It was like one ranter to another ranter, I want that mic."
West didn't hold back during his turn, however: "His speech was epic and it went on for like 45 minutes," she said.
