During a Thursday interview with Entertainment Tonight on the set of her upcoming talk show, Kocktails with Khloé, the reality star explained how she and Harden, a Houston rockets shooting guard, find time for each other in their busy schedules.
"I mean, we make it work," Kardashian, 31, said. "We do make it work. ... I do like to put my relationships as a priority and I really try to make that work. As long as people are making the effort to do so, I think anything can work."
As for how they keep things going, Kardashian said it's "a lot of juggling time and balance."
"But I am a really good multi-tasker and I just know how to balance it out," Kardashian continued. "Even if it's just a 48-hour trip, as long as you get that time in then it works."
Kardashian and Harden, 26, have been dating since summer 2015, though their relationship was tested in October when Kardashian's ex Lamar Odom was hospitalized for a near-fatal overdose.
In the months that followed, Kardashian dedicated a large amount of time to supporting his ongoing recovery.

Though a source told PEOPLE on Dec. 30 that Odom's health crisis "hasn't been easy" for Kardashian and Harden's relationship, they are still together, and Kardashian rang in the New Year with her NBA beau in Houston.
According to the star, keeping their relationship "a little private" has really helped them.
"I've learned from experience it keeps things close to your heart," Kardashian told ET. "Mystery is good."
