The Sex and the City star, 59, took to Twitter onTuesday to share photographs of a white car smashed into her home.
Cattrall's front door and windows were destroyed by the impact of the vehicle, and a picture of her house's entrance shows there was also interior damage.
"A senseless 16 yr old driver plowed into my home Joy Riding @ 1am. People cld have been killed. U should b ashamed [sic]," Cattrall tweeted.

The actress also replied to concerned fans tweeting at her, explaining that everyone was "accounted for" but that the accident shook her up.
"Shaken up but okay. This young girl could have killed herself, her friends, and me. Frightening..." Cattrall tweeted.

Cattrall added that "no one was hurt physically" but that the incident created quite a scare for the neighborhood.

Cattrall also contacted Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
"I'd like 2 make this violating experience a cautionary tale 2 other teenagers," she tweeted.

Cattrall also tweeted at the nonprofit organization with another picture of the scene.
