"It's incredible," the reality star tells PEOPLE. "I thought I was done with my girls. I was on Real Housewives of Atlanta and my girls were out of the baby stage. If I never got married again, I was okay. And if I never had any more children, I was okay, too. I was in a great place and then bam!"
While the Don't be Tardy ... star may have her hands full with two teenagers and four children under the age of 4 with husband Kroy Biermann (twins Kane and Kaia were born last November), she wouldn't trade her family for the world.
"My priority is my kids. They just consume my life. I want to focus on getting them off and into school, and I don't want anyone else doing this at this age," she says. It's a key reason why the new season of her reality show films mainly inside the couple's dream house in Atlanta.
"It's chaotic from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week," she says. "We tend to even have a glass of wine at night just by ourselves when everyone's in bed."
