After the couple filed for divorce last month, a source revealed exclusively to PEOPLE that Bruce is dating Kris's longtime friend and former assistant, Ronda Kamihira – news that was said to have "devastated" Kris, according to a source.
But on the Today show Monday, Kris took it all in stride.
"I just want him to be happy. I don't care who he goes out with. And I don't know who he's dating. He doesn't like, check in with me and give me a play-by-play, but it's his life and you just want the guy to be happy," she said. "You know, he's still the father of two of my children, and so, we're friends."
The Kardashian matriarch, 58, said she and the former Olympian, 64, are "still really good friends" but admitted that she didn't include Bruce in the dedication of her new cookbook, In the Kitchen with Kris, because they "were, you know, getting a divorce."
"He's a great guy," she said. "I just did [the book] for the kids and the grandkids."
As for rumors that Bruce is transitioning into becoming a woman? Kris brushed them off, saying, "It's silly."
