The former NBA star, who was hospitalized on Oct. 13 after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, apparently spent Super Bowl Sunday with Khloé Kardashian and her sister Kim Kardashian West.
Kardahian West, 35, shared a photo from a hike with an unidentified man, writing "Super Soul Sunday time before Super Bowl Sunday time with Khloe & Lamar."
Kardashian tweeted her own excitement about Sunday's big game, although she didn't make a direct reference to Odom.
Super Bowl!!!!!!!!!! Who do you want to win?!?!— Khloé (@khloekardashian) February 7, 2016
I'm rooting for the panthers but at the same time I want Manning to go out with a win. Either way I'm pigging out and excited for Beyoncé— Khloé (@khloekardashian) February 8, 2016
A source previously told PEOPLE that Kardashian was continuing to look after her estranged husband in the wake of his health scare and that he was making improvements.
"He still needs help walking," the source said. "Lamar is not driving himself and instead has a driver. Whenever he leaves the house, he looks happy. He looks alert and often smiles. He is definitely looking more like the old Lamar."
Odom, who was transferred to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following his hospitalization in Las Vegas, was released from the medical center in January. However, a source told PEOPLE that he continues to receive both out-patient and home therapy.
