There was one very important step in order for Leah Still to celebrate her dad Houston Texans player Devon Still's wedding: the perfect princess dress.

Only this princess gets two dresses: one for the rehearsal dinner and one for the wedding itself.

The dress for the wedding is still under wraps but on April 22, one of the 5-year-old flower girl's dreams came true.

With her jaw dropping to the ground and her eyes wide open, Leah let out a big "Wow!" and an adorable little squeal as designer Hayley Paige brought in her custom-made dress, adorned with flower embellishments and tiny silver and gold rhinestones just the way she imagined it.

"Do you love it?" asked Leah's soon-to-be stepmother Asha Joyce, who was chosen with Devon by TheKnot.com as a recipient of this year's Dream Wedding.

"Yes, I'm really excited," said Leah, smiling and without taking her eyes off the gown she will wear to the rehearsal dinner.

The May wedding comes after much anticipation – Devon, 26, and Joyce, 26, had put their wedding plans on hold after Leah had been diagnosed with life-threatening stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer nearly two years ago. Devon announced in March 2015 she was cancer free.

Paige says seeing Leah in her dress was better than any brides she's designed for in the past.

"With the bridal hustle and bustle, everything comes from an artistic point of view but with her it really was from this place that is so carefree and insouciant," Paige tells PEOPLE. "And inspiration, too, and admiration because of what she's been through and everything."

Leah helped Paige design the rehearsal dinner dress, ensuring it was "fun, girly and just as playful as she is," Paige says.

As Leah tiptoed around with her pink and white painted toenails, she twirled and told Joyce she didn't want to take it off.

But the dress (along with the one for the ceremony) is going to be a surprise to her daddy.

"I think he's going to go crazy," Leah said about Devon's reaction to her in the dress.

"He's going to be crying," Joyce added.

To finish the look, Leah says she needs some "sparkly heels" and Devon is designing a special Simon G. bracelet for Leah, featuring a pink (Leah's favorite color!) butterfly, which symbolizes transformation and a new life.

As Leah continued to stare in the mirror at her brand new dress, she was asked what her most favorite dress in the world is.

Without pause, she smiled and said, "This one."
