Madonna's "Rebel Heart" is filled with love for her son Rocco.

Early Monday, the singer took to Instagram with a sweet photo and message for her 15-year-old, who has been living with his father Guy Ritchie in the U.K. as a custody battle rages on.

"I miss this boy so full of life so full@of@love!" Madonna, 57, wrote in the caption, including a heart emoji. "I hope we see that Leo Sun soon. The light is blinding!"

Her wish just might come true next month – both Madonna and Ritchie, 47, are due in New York Supreme Court for a hearing on March 2.

The custody dispute heated up in December when Rocco left Madonna's Rebel Heart tour to live with Ritchie.

A New York judge reportedly ordered Ritchie to return the former couple's son to the U.S. in December, after which Madonna visited Rocco in an attempt to convince him to come home, a source told PEOPLE.

Throughout the battle, Madonna has shared her heartbreak in touching Instagram posts. Last week, she uploaded a throwback photo of Rocco as a baby, writing, "Tu me manque," which is French for "I miss you."
