One day, Illinois college student Matt Bray filmed himself getting down to Jamiroquai's "Canned Heat." Then he did it again the next day. And again the day after that – and so on, until he'd done the same routine for more than 100 days, editing each clip together with seamless precision.

Why?

The dance was the latest installment of Bray's Project OneLife series, a two-year-old project in which the College of DuPage student films himself crossing items off his bucket list. (Don't worry – he's fine.) He started with Good-Bro-style adventures like jumping off a cliff and crashing a wedding, but he's also donated toys to charity and given blood.

Bray swears the project has given him a new focus in life.

"If you ever meet someone who doesn't know what they want to do with their life or what kind of career they want, they should write a bucket list and go after it," he told the Naperville Sun in March. "I believe it is the best way to figure out what they enjoy and experience it firsthand."

Watch Bray's video above, and then watch Napoleon Dynamite's version below. Whose groovy moves do you prefer?
