The on-again couple were spotted holding hands leaving Soho House in New York City following a dinner date together.
Cyrus, 23, donned a pair of colorful high-waisted trousers with a black top and denim jacket. Shining brightly on her left hand was the 3.5 carat diamond engagement ring she had previously accepted from Hemsworth before their split in 2013.
Hemsworth, 26, who has been in town promoting his new film Independence Day: Resurgence, wore a Bally jacket with black slacks, and escorted his former fiancée to their car.
In May, the actor told GQ Australia that fans and followers may be smart enough to figure out the pair's current relationship status on their own. "People will figure it out, they already have . . . They're not dumb," he said of his reconciliation with the season 11 Voice coach.
"I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it," Hemsworth told GQ of Cyrus. "I make my decisions about what's going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do – and I don't worry too much outside of that."
Sources confirmed to PEOPLE earlier this year that the couple had reunited, though Hemsworth later said that he was "not engaged" during an interview with Australia's TV Week in late March.
