Miley Cyrus has been wearing her engagement ring again for months, but the bride-to-be didn't step out with the groom-to-be by her side until Friday.
Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth made their first public appearance together since reconciling on Friday, joining the actor's family for lunch in Los Angeles at Gracias Madre.
Arriving together, Cyrus walked side-by-side with the Hunger Games star, who was wearing a bomber jacket. Cyrus swapped her typically over-the-top style for a colored blouse and black pants, pulling her newly platinum hair into a bun.
Both of Hemsworth's brothers – Thor star Chris Hemsworth and Luke – as well as the latter's wife, joined in the outing.
"Miley and Liam just spent a few days together in Malibu. Miley has been going back and forth between L.A. and N.Y.C. for the Woody Allen series," a source tells PEOPLE. "She was happy to spend some time with Liam – things are great between them. There are no set wedding plans, and they are enjoying their engagement."
Cyrus, 23, and Hemsworth, 25, were first engaged in May 2012, but broke off their relationship in September 2013. Fans spotted the couple kissing and canoodling at an Australian music festival in January, and shortly after a source told PEOPLE they were engaged again.
Miley's Changing Looks!
Despite the decision to plan a wedding again, a source previously told PEOPLE that the couple is "moving surprisingly slowly."
The source added, "Miley seems to have matured a lot. In the past, she tended to rush things. She acts much more calm and happy now."
While Cyrus has continually been spotted wearing her Neil Lane ring, the pair has avoided the spotlight together. A source told PEOPLE in February, however, that the actor was staying with Cyrus at her Hidden Hills home, and that they were enjoying their private time.
