Nick Cannon Says He's Not Ready to Date

While playing DJ at a 1 OAK party in Las Vegas Tuesday night, the America's Got Talent host told PEOPLE that dating is far from his mind right now.
"I'm good, man," he said. "I'm great. There are a lot of people after me right now. I gotta slow it down. I'm trying to slow it down and stay focused. Family is the first thing and my kids are most important."
The soon-to-be ex-husband of Mariah Carey seemed in good spirits while hanging out in the deejay booth with a small group of friends. Surrounded by bottles of 50 Bleu vodka, Cannon pumped out the hits, rarely noticing the women clamoring for his attention.
Asked who his perfect woman is, Cannon said, "I couldn't even tell you right now. That's a tough one. I haven't thought about that one. I'm just taking it one day at a time."
He continued: "Obviously the dating thing will come down the line, but right now I'm just slowing down."
