Police have charged Crystal Gambino, 42, with killing her husband, Giovanni James Gambino, 40, Geoffrey Glenn Gilliland, 39, and Stephanie Lynn Sanchez, 33.
Investigators tell PEOPLE all three were found naked and shot to death in the Gambino's home in Alexis, North Carolina, about thirty minutes outside of Charlotte.
Gaston County police released the 911 call that alerted them to the crime.
In it, the male caller says, "My sister-in-law has told her family that she killed her husband, that she caught him sleeping with another woman, that she cleaned up the bullet casings and took care of the body.”

Police believe the two couples met online. Investigators have seized cell phones and laptops to try to determine how well the couples knew each other.
Detectives say the three were shot in a bedroom, but the woman's body was dragged outside to the backyard.
The 911 caller tells police, “She said she put the woman's body in a wheelbarrow and wheeled her into the backyard burn pile.”
Police do not believe Crystal was participating in the bedroom activities before they say she pulled the trigger.
Investigators tell PEOPLE they believe Crystal shot the three early Monday morning, then drove to pick up her 9-year-old step-daughter from school and drop her at a family member's house.
Gaston County Captain Curtis Rosselle tells PEOPLE they found two guns in the home that forensics is in the process of testing.
“We'd like to understand what led up to it, what happened to make her snap," Rosselle says. "We have a shocking crime. We know the who, now we're trying to figure out the why."
The district attorney in the case says he will not try for the death penalty.
