More than a year after Prancercise creator Joanna Rohrback became an Internet phenomenon thanks to her original workout tutorial (which has racked up more than 10 million hits!), she returns with a new video that features her prancercising through a pasture.
Filmed at the nonprofit Peaceful Ridge Rescue in Davie, Florida, in May, Rohrback is joined onscreen by the ranch's president, Victor Cutino, and his statement zebra print spandex pants.
Together, the two frolic among a team of horses because "my vision was to have a sense of liberation in fitness as well as freedom in movement with a horse," Rohrback tells PEOPLE. "My vision was to try and exemplify the horse as a model of fitness and beauty."
But the setting wasn't always so pretty.
"The ground was a bit uneven, and I don't believe I stepped in anything I shouldn't have," says Rohrback. "But if my shoes got messy, I wouldn't give a hoot. I was so into what I was doing."
So are her countless fans, who made Rohrback into an instant celebrity after she introduced prancercise – a "springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and ideally induced by elation," according to the official website.
Since then, Rohrback went on to star in John Mayer's "Paper Doll" music video and even landed a spot in a commercial for pistachios.
Her motto? "Why settle for mediocrity, when you can Prancercise your way into ecstasy?"
