Just four weeks apart in their pregnancies, fitness trainer Chontel Duncan and her friend showed off their very different pregnant bellies.

"We worked out that we are 4 weeks apart, so our little ones will be the same age, same grade at school and potential best buds hehehehe..... Nat due start of March & I due end of March."
Duncan, who says she's 186 centimeters tall, or about 6'1", also notes that her friend is on her third pregnancy, and women tend to show sooner after their first baby.

She's posting updates on social media, saying that she's gained 10.4 kilograms, about 23 lbs., so far, and that she's still dedicated to keeping up her fitness. The trainer said she was "still training 7 times a week on average" in early February, but "being super cautious on my back & knees being that I am carrying more weight."

Like other ripped moms before her, Duncan's intense fitness regime is keeping her body in shape around her growing belly. And she's hoping that her workouts will bring an easy delivery – Duncan says that they're predicting that she'll be in labor for four hours, and pushing for just 30 minutes.
"Fingers crossed these predictions are correct, that just sounds like a dream come true!!!"
