While many fans celebrated Star Wars Day binge-watching all eight films and greetings friends with "May the fourth be with you," President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama honored the beloved franchise with a dance party featuring none other than R2-D2 and a couple of Stormtroopers.
The White House shared a video of the galactic-themed dance-off, which showed the Obama's getting down to Bruno Mars' hit "Uptown Funk."
"This is my favorite song!" a grooving First Lady said when the music started playing.
As R2-D2 beeped and bopped to the music, two Stormtroopers boogied toward the First Couple while showing off their best dance moves – which included "raising the roof" with the President.
This isn't the first time POTUS has shown his love for Star Wars. In December, The White House hosted a special screening of The Force Awakens for Gold Star families – those who lost loved ones in the Iraq War.
Obama gave his end-of-the-year speech before the screening began, and potentially made intergalactic history when he signed off his speech with the line, "Okay, everybody, I gotta get to Star Wars!"
