Celebrate Prince's New Album by Buying the House from Purple Rain

And if you're a Prince completist, why not celebrate the release of the new album by buying the house from 1984's Purple Rain? (Not Prince's purple house; that was actually bulldozed a decade ago.)
Yes, The Kid's house at 3420 Snelling Avenue in Longfellow, Minneapolis, is on the market for the low, low price of $110,000. That figure, and the fact that the listing implores a buyer to "revitalize this historic home," is probably a warning to prospective buyers as to its condition, but we'd never let that get in the way of owning a piece of Prince history.
One caveat, though: You'll have to buy housequake insurance.
