The Real Housewives of New York star, who announced her split from husband Mario earlier this month following his continued infidelity, got some quality mother-daughter time this week.
The reality star rolled up her sleeves to help 19-year-old daughter Avery move into her dorm room at the University of Virginia.
"Can't believe I'll be starting sophomore year in exactly a week," Avery Tweeted on Thursday, sharing a picture of her and Singer in the finished room. "Thanks for being my rock @ramonasinger! Couldn't have done this without you."
The two have banded together since the couple split. "Mario's behavior is embarrassing to me and my daughter," Singer told PEOPLE recently. "She's angry at him. It's upsetting."
But while getting settled in for the new school year, the undergrad and her mom seemed to be all smiles. Singer, 57, proudly posted images of furniture she assembled and included the hashtag #RamonaTheBuilder.
Later she posted to her daughter's account: "You are my world! You can lean on me from a million miles away. #greatteam."
After a wonderful week with Avery I am feeling at ease knowing that she is settled in. Thank you for all of your kind words. Happy Friday!!!— Ramona Singer (@ramonasinger) August 22, 2014
