The "Bitch Better Have My Money" singer had 1988, the year she was born, inscribed on her right ankle courtesy of tattoo maestro Bang Bang, who's worked with celebs like Cara Delevingne, Miley Cyrus, and Lady Gaga.
Riri posted a picture of the new ink to Instagram on Thursday with the caption "Tagged by my dear friend @bangbangnyc."
The 27-year-old R&B star was spotted heading into Bang Bang's studio in New York City on Wednesday, and hung out with rapper Travis Scott inside the studio.
This is just one of dozens of tattoos Rihanna sports, including a tribal print covering her entire right hand she had done in 2013, incorporating a henna design with Maori influences. She also has a large image of the Egyptian goddess Isis across her chest, which she had done in honor of her late grandma Clara "Dolly" Brathwaite in 2012, and a series of stars down her neck and onto her back, which matches Chris Brown's star tattoos.
Rihanna is also known for the bust of Queen Nefertiti on her rib cage, "shhh" and "love" on her fingers, and a gun tattooed on her right rib cage.
Many of those tattoos were on display during the singer's recent vacation with Formula One Champ Lewis Hamilton to her native land of Barbados.
