Rihanna Twerks into Her 28th Year After Performance and Tour Setbacks

Rihanna showed off her dance moves while celebrating her 28th birthday on Saturday night, smiling and laughing after a week of several performance and tour cancellations and a bout of bronchitis.

In a Snapchat from the night out, the self-described "Burfffdayy Queennn" moved around in a slinky silver dress with a matching scarf.

Clutching a glass of what appeared to be red wine, Rihanna obliged when an off-camera voice commanded, "Spin for me, spin for me!"

The singer slyly twerked to Fetty Wap's "My Way" while looking over her shoulder to approving cheers.

Anti, Rihanna's first album in four years, quickly went platinum this month and "Work," her new single with Drake, has risen to the top of the charts. When it came time for the star to perform at the Grammy Awards last Monday, however, she canceled hours before the performance, citing health concerns.

Shortly after, the singer postponed the start of her Anti world tour by two weeks due to production problems. Eight May stops were rescheduled, and two tour dates in the U.K. were canceled all together.

Seemingly recovered, though, Rihanna is next set to take the stage at the 2016 BRIT Awards on Wednesday.
