Tony Stark is in the building.

Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. stopped by the Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) in London on Tuesday morning and met with some young super fans ahead of the European premiere of Captain America: Civil War.

The actor met with 7-year-old Ethan Miller from Southend, Essex, who suffers from the rare blood disease ITP as well as type 1 diabetes. Miller was dressed in costume as his favorite Avenger, Iron Man, as he posed for pictures with Downey alongside his parents, Kristie and Lee.

The action star, 51, is no stranger to using his superhero credentials to cheer up sick kids. In October, Downey donned a Tigger costume to deliver a special Instagram message to Daniel Keyte, whose mother wrote to the actor about her son's struggles with cystic fibrosis.

"Mr. Stark here. This is for Daniel (@envy_coatings) who was having a rough day recently," the star wrote on Instagram. "When I'm in the dumps, I've found this little getup to be helpful. P.S. Would you like to come to the LA premiere of Captain America: Civil War as my guest? If so, have your people call my people. All the best."

Keyte later took to Instagram to respond, posting a video of her son jumping with excitement. "We physically can not believe it and can't ever imagine a way to thank everyone enough," she wrote. "I will keep everyone updated on the build up to the big day on Daniels progress and his day to day going ons and of course his tuxedo fitting that he has asked for today as he wants to fit in like a real star."
