"That's my whole world," she said jokingly to PEOPLE on Tuesday night at the premiere of Staten Island Summer, her costar Colin Jost's Netflix-bound comedy in which she plays a lifeguard.
Strong rattled off an impressive list of the reality shows and channels she tunes in to.
"I'm disgusting. I'm into all the Housewives. Anything on Bravo. I love all the VH1 shows. … I'm really into Gypsy Sisters right now,” she said. "I watch them. I get involved. I cry. I laugh. All of it."
Out of all the stars she follows, Real Housewives of New York City staple Carole Radziwill seems the most relatable to Strong.
"I feel like the most normal probably is Carole. She's like the [one] I would hang out [with]," she said. "They all give so much."

When she isn't catching up on reality drama, Strong is pursuing her flourishing career as a comedian. In addition to her role on Saturday Night Live, in which she began as a Weekend Update host and then moved to the core cast, Strong ribbed politicians at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in April – and walked away with the commander-in-chief's approval.
"[President Obama] was very, very nice. … He was kind and had only nice things to say," Strong said. "It would've been crazy if he wasn't though. I mean, can you imagine him saying, 'You sucked'?"
In all, she said, "I'm so happy I did it, and I'm so happy I never have to do it again."
